WHY SHOULD I HIRE YOU?
That's a great question! Let me tell you a bit about me & my company.
My Company: Fantasy Faces takes face painting to another level. I guarantee you haven't seen face painting like this before! I strive to give a stellar experience with art & customer service. Your guests will be amazed at what I create on them. Many times children love to just sit and watch as I transform their friends into fairies, monsters, super heroes and princesses! Face painting is entertainment in itself! My goal is to change the persona of face painting. My company doesn't "face paint", we create masterpieces and take great pride in making you and your guests say wow! When you book with Fantasy Faces you are given 2 hours of face painting in addition I will create one page of designs to compliment your party theme! Just tell me the theme and I'll bring the ideas! I will also bring my most popular girl and boy designs. Kids are encouraged to use their imagination and tell me what they'd like. Since I'm an artists I can paint just about anything!
My Background working with children: In addition to making amazing art I've also worked with children and the special needs population for several years. I attained my BA in Psychology at Sonoma State university and currently work as an ABA therapist (Applied behavior analysis) during the week . I am CPR certified, background checked, TB tested, have some ASL (Sign Language) knowledge & have conducted ABA training with military families.
My Art Background: I've been painting for 15 years and face painting for almost 2 years. I've dabbled in watercolor, acrylic, oils, and pastels. I love art in all its forms and mediums. For a brief period I helped conduct art therapy sessions with children struggling through divorce. I also implemented an art class at PSI for mentally and physically disabled adults. On the side I have always painted and shared my work on Facebook which lead to selling paintings. I've had my work in a gallery, I've taught art classes to kids and I'm the acrylic art instructor at Michaels; trained by Grumbacher art company.
When I come to your party you are my number one priority; I don't book more then 2
events in one day, so I have no need to rush you or your guests. I like to spend
time and make sure everyone is enjoying themselves and having a wonderful time.

CORPORATE RATES/LARGE PARTIES
(Face Paint)
The Owner is coming from Vallejo.
However, we have artist spanning the bay area so travel will depend on their starting point. Travel is $1 per mile.
*Please note Large parties are 40 or more. If you have a large party or event you will need either multiple artists or more hours. Our company employs over 40 people; so we can handle large scale events!
2 HOURS.....$450....plus travel
3 HOURS.....$675....plus travel
4 HOURS.....$850....plus travel
A Line Manager/Assistant
will be REQUIRED for Events over 30 guests.
2 hours......$200
***These rates apply to Parties of 40 or more {weddings, company picnics, large holiday parties...}
*Additional Artists may be required if the event has 60 or more guests with limited party hours.
/////////CORPORATE NOTES////////
Tent or Awning must be provided by host if entertainers will be outside. If one can not be provided we can provide one for a $200 rental fee.
Deposits are Non-refundable. For corp events Half of the balance is due to hold your booking. Deposit will be deducted from your balance.
::::PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS::::
COMPANY CHECK
If paying by company check the payment will be due IN FULL 3 weeks PRIOR to event. This is to ensure the check clears and all entertainers can be paid the day of the event after service is provided.
(Sorry no personal checks will be taken)
COMPANY CREDIT CARD
Remaining balance will be due 1 week before the event to ensure no issue with payment and to allow enough time to deposit into Fantasy Faces company account to pay talent.
(Please note credit cards incur a 4.5% processing fee)

Remaining balance is due 3 days before if paying with the above options. Please note the balance MUST BE PAID before our arrival.
Deposits will range based on your payment type and the quote; a depoist in REQUIRED to secure your date, time and team.
It is suggested to book 3 months ahead to assure you get the best team possible and have the premium pick of dates.
:::::CORPORATE EVENT CHANGES:::::::

WE HIGHLY DISCOURAGE THIS.
However, if it is unavoidable this is our process. Each artist will be paid day loss fee of $150 ADDITIONAL to replace the work the artist lost by turning work away for your event date.
additionally If the artist you booked is unable to attend the new requested date/time, the credit given to the last artist does not apply to new replacement artist.
We highly discourage date changes since it is VERY difficult for everyone in the scheduled team to change their whole schedule to accommodate this new event date. Many times the artist will lose your event since they are already booked on the new date change.

if a time change is requested we may not be able to accommodate that as we are booked months in advanced and often double book in a single day. if we can not move the time resulting in us being there less time, the full initial quote is still due since we turned down work and counted on this event in full. However, this is taken on a case by case basis.
If we can change the time its $125 per person charge. Again we discourage changes since we double and triple book our days to take as many clients as possible. changing your time can run into another event which we would have to try and move. if you change the date a few days after booking and its months out most often this can be easily adjusted and the change rate will only be $55 per person.

If you leave a Yelp review after your party you receive a $25 credit to be applied at your next event or floated to another customer.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!!
If WE need to cancel on your event; we will provide a replacement entertainer, if we are unable to acquire one we will refund you in full.

Belly's take between 2 and 4 hours depending on the design, so be sure to plan your time accordingly. We also recommend having a photographer record your experience. For additional fun we suggest getting the family involved! Have your other children and partner painted along with your theme!

What happens at these parties?
Let me set the scene for you!
I create the vibe by playing a fun Disney playlist at my station to help get the kids excited, talking and creating! while i'm painting were planning together what she will welcome. once she's established her name and im done painting-I "crown" her with a magical ceremony with all eyes on her! as im painting her into her new persona we come up with a magical name she has for the day. i gather a crowd as we count down out loud to reveil her new character that she's become! "EVERYONE LETS COUNTDOWN TO REVIEL 'SPARKLES THE UNICORN! 1...2..3! WOOHOO!!!!" Shows mirror-screams, claps and laughs roll over the crowd. shes beaming feeling so loved, happy and magical. how can you pass that up?
ahead of the party i create one of a kind bling to match her party theme! They take about 3 hours being created ahead of time before the party. Birthday child gets a special full size glitter Friends get a small glitter favor. All kids also get rainbow hair or glitter hair. they also get to take home a bling! Edited photos of your party.

There are other face painting and party companies in the bay area; I encourage you to compare my prices, qualifications and art to theirs. I'm confident my skills surpass my competitors. When you hire a "party company" you don't know who you’re getting. They might show you some good work, but may send someone who can't replicate it.
What to ask when comparing face painters
1) Ask what kind of paint they use. DFX, TAG, WOLFE, PARADISE, MEHRON & FAB are good products that are FDA approved, very high quality and safe.
2) Ask if they're insured
3) Ask to see pictures of their face painting work.
4) can they promise to send the artist whose art you've seen?
5) Do they provide background checks?
6) Do they travel? If so what is their travel fee?
7) Do they have references? Fantasy faces provides references upon request.
NOTE::
I use top of the line products and have full coverage liability insurance. In addition I have clearance to work in schools which means I've passed several background checks and TB testing. When you hire me you know who you’re getting. My work speaks for itself and I love what I do! I hope to book a party with you soon and make it something magical to remember.

PRODUCTS
I use Diamond FX, Tag, Fab & Wolfe brothers paint. I choose only the best water based professional face and body paint products. All ingredients comply with the FDA regulations and are safe and gentle to be used on skin. These products are easily washed off with warm water and soap or a Baby wipe. Tattoos can be removed with rubbing alcohol.
